C.C.S.A. U11 Girls Terriers – Field requirements (as of 2002:Feb):

The City of Coquitlam Field use Policy (supported and adopted by C.C.S.A.):

All grass fields shall be deemed as closed if the following conditions apply:

(A) Snow or frost on the field or frozen ground.

(B) Standing water or soft or muddy ground conditions.

(C) Any objects which cannot be removed safely and may cause bodily harm.

(D) Any deep concave areas on the playing surface. This is to be reported to the City as soon as possible for repair.

All of the above deem the playng field as closed. These conditions are non negotiable.
