The tryout dates have been confirmed - April 1 - 5:00 - 7:00, April 3 - 5:00 - 7:00 and April 7 - 1:00 - 3:00 all at Miller Park. 

The advertisement will be placed in the Tri-City News - March 23rd and The Now - March 27th.  I have confirmed with Rob that both ads have been approved and dropped off.

George, after our conversation the other day, you are aware of the requirements from the coordinator role (i.e. tent, table, blank registration forms, etc.). George, could you also have photocopies of the tryout selection process available in case parents or players want a copy.

Dave is aware of his requirements for the evaluation form, format of tryouts and running of tryouts.  Dave also stated he would talk to Cydney about ensuring that the equipment is available.

The Selection Committee is being chosen now by Chris Sheppard and Domenic is confirmed for these dates.  Chris will advise me and I will let you guys know when the Committee is chosen.  I have drawn up a form that will be completed by the selection committee listing the 22 players chosen.  That form will be given to you (coordinator of age group) and they will photocopy and give a copy to the Head Coach and the VP.  The coordinator retains the original of the form in case of concerns or questions about the players selected.

The form is divided into the first 5 selected, the second 5 selected and then 11-22 with a column for name of player and phone number.

We need to make sure that each U11 coach is called and given the dates of tryouts.  Each coach should call every player on their team and advise them personally of the dates. [Editors Note: Phoning RemainsTo Be Started]  Also, they must be advised that registration is required at tryouts and that a copy of their birth certificate and 1x1 picture must be attached to the registration form.
