. Questions: Why does it only go to 3.4 GHz? Performance mode seems different than just powersave mode with the minimum percent set to 100%.
. The CPU frequency is calm and low at the start of the experiment, but not before, as shown in detail A.
. The CPU frequency DOES NOT settle to a calm and low value at the end of the experiment as shown in detail B.
