.htaccess of rev 147 + AddLanguage en .en (Gunnar)

.htaccess of rev 147 - AddLanguage da .da (Doug). For Danish, demonstrates / verifies that .htaccess overrides mime.conf.

Each test directory has the exact same files, except for the .htaccess file, which will be as per the bzr revision number.
Note that the .nl file is the smallest, as smallest seems to be what is returned under some conditions.

The contents of the .htaccess files are listed in each test cover page. (Note: On my server militviews and followsymlink is setup at a higher level)
